Dr. Larsen is a wonderful human being. He is so patient and kind, and gentle, especially when he is delivering bad news. He is knowledgeable about his craft and he has a great "bedside manner". My timid little girls are willing to work with him. They are especially nervous around men and they seem to have taken right to him. I appreciate all of the help and care he has provided us. We would highly recommend Dundee animal clinic and their staff!
Your doctor was wonderful! She was kind and patient with me...I am somewhat of a spaz when it comes to my fur babies and she made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. She also gave me additional options should angel get worse. I have been a client of Dundee animal hospital for about a year and I won't take my pets anywhere else again. I typically take my girls to the Elgin location, when the injury occurred they didn't have any openings so the receptionist looked at the Dundee location and found an appointment within seconds and got me in within an hour of my call. I love that the locations communicate with each other and help clients with their pets injuries get seen as soon as possible. For a spazzy pet mom like me this is the best vet I have ever been to. I've had pets all of my life and I worked at a vets office for several years, so saying that says a lot about them. I highly recommend both locations, your pets will thank you!
