We have gone here a few times for emergency visits. I have sincerely appreciated their advice and that they don't seem to do tests or other procedures just for the money. They openly communicate with you about the situation, and advice about options.

Caring and compassionate staff who we met for the first time on a Sunday night after our dog suffered a catastrophic injury. They treated our beloved Husky with kindness and tenderness and they were equally supportive and gentle with her adoring family. Sadly, we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our sweet girl that evening after discussing all possible options and outcomes. I would like to acknowledge Dr. Kristi Knott and Liz for being so patient and compassionate with us as made this difficult choice. We appreciated Dr. Knott’s reassurance and support as we made this decision with our heads, not our hearts.
Our dog was cremated and her cremains were ready for us to pick up within three days. They were presented to us with reverence in a beautiful wooden box by a staff member who seemed to care as much as we did.
Based on our experiences from beginning to end, we are grateful we chose to go to Dundee Animal Hospital in East Dundee.

I can't believe I haven't left a review here before. Shame on me. I've been bringing my extremely difficult cat here for almost a decade, and I will never go anywhere else. The emergency staff is so amazing. Patient and caring and helpful no matter the time of day. I remember the first time I called to bring my cat in in the middle of the night and the lady on the phone explained so clearly how to get to their location and where to park and where to ev... I was panicking and stressed and all that just gets lessened whenever I call or come in.

On top of that, the doctors are the same way! I've seen a handful, and they are all knowledgeable, caring, and ready to handle my super difficult cat. I'm very grateful to have this great animal hospital available for my best kitty friend!
