Many clients request in-home euthanasia because it allows their pets to spend their final moments in a peaceful, familiar environment. Your pet always deserves to feel comfortable and relaxed, especially during this time. If you have concerns about your pet’s condition and suspect that euthanasia might be the next step, simply reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Preparing For a House Call

Once we have helped you set a date for your mobile vet appointment, be sure to plan accordingly. Avoid overlapping schedules and prepare a clean, well-lit space in your house on the day of our visit. We will call you when we are on our way to your home.

I had to rush my dog early morning to the Dundee location. I knew I had to put my Dolly to sleep and I was distraught. The E.R. team was very kind and thoughtful and made the process very peaceful. Dr. Khorsand was incredibly kind. He explained everything he was doing always deferring to me to make sure I was ready. Thankfully at one of the worst times of my life I found myself at the best place I could be. Thank you to everyone there.

The staff at DAH acted quickly to save my cat's life. I will always remember their accurate diagnosis, and swift response, when my little one ate something he shouldn't have. I am deeply grateful for the expertise of Drs. Moderhack, Maras, and surgeon Gurevich. The surgeon called both before and after the procedure, which we greatly appreciated. Also deserving of special thanks is the team who monitored my cat's health 24/7. He received the very best of care! Thanks to these kind and competent professionals, our boy is still zooming around today.
