Trupanion

Trupanion is our preferred pet medical insurance provider. At your next wellness appointment, we are happy to offer you a Trupanion certificate, offering you 30 days of coverage at no cost to you. (There is a $250 deductible for each eligible condition that occurs during the 30 day certificate period.) This gives you an opportunity to be covered if something should happen, while also doing your own research to ensure what is right for you. We encourage you to do your research on what medical insurance would be the best fit for your pet and lifestyle. Dundee animal hospital has been by far the best experience I’ve had at any vet. Dr Kelly Moderhack has gone above and beyond what ever seen veterinarian do. She has been kind, compassionate, extremely understanding of my financial situation and still provides the best care and comfort to my puppy. I must have called a few dozen times for advice on how to properly care for my puppy’s condition and pain and she always met me with grace patience and understanding. I would recommend this hospital and veterinarian to anyone and I will now entrust them with my four other beloved dachshunds. Thanks to them my puppy was properly diagnosed and treated with understanding to my financial limitations and working with me on my pay days and scheduling with appointments and medications. Thank you to all the staff including the front desk you had alway smiled and made us feel seen and heard and setting our worries and fears at ease. May God bless all of you for the work you do.

We have gone here a few times for emergency visits. I have sincerely appreciated their advice and that they don't seem to do tests or other procedures just for the money. They openly communicate with you about the situation, and advice about options.
