My mom's dog had an episode where he was non responsive then came back to it. Being concerne, we felt the need to bring Nike to a vet. The person who answered the phone remained calm and compassionate while asking many questions of what we observed during the episode, after, medical history, current medtion etc. She took her time to gather information then spoke to the doctor to confirm if he recommended bringing the dog in for a check-up. That alone made me feel confident in taking Nike to this location. Second when we arrived all staff were kind and patient as well. Dr. Gurevich took his time to gather more information to better inform us. He made sure all our questions were answered. He and the tech were never in a hurry. The emergency visit was $207. My mom felt the price was well worth the time and information that was put into evaluating Nike and the comfort we received with the information provided. Thank you for being compassionate, patient and willing to educate pet parents!

Dr.Khorsand was great! Rarely does my dog roll over to get belly rubs from strangers. She did it immediately for him. I knew after that I found my new veterinarian. He was professional and thorough with her results and making sure she was healthy. He explained everything to me so I left confident knowing she will be well taken care of at Dundee animal hospital. Thanks as well to the vet techs and front desk!

Twice now we took our 13yr old German Sheppard in thinking we were coming home without her. They were able to help her & send her home. They never push services that are not necessary or that we can’t afford. They explain everything & let us make our decision without pressure.
