Aimee Maras, DVM

Dr. Maras joined Dundee Animal Hospital in 1993 after completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Purdue University in Indiana. After obtaining her Bachelors from Goucher College, Dr. Maras worked in the field of genetic research leading to her current role as a collaborating veterinarian with the Gerald P. Murphy Cancer Foundation, an organization working in the area of novel treatments for cancers and age related disease in dogs. Dr. Maras shares her home with Bubba, Eduardo, Monica and Seymour, cats that range from 6 to 9 years old. In her spare time, Dr. Maras enjoys gardening, home remodeling, antiquing and swimming.
