Laurie Giumento, DVM

Originally from Orchard Park, New York, Dr. Giumento obtained her undergraduate degree in biology at St. Bonaventure University in New York. After completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University in 2003, Dr. Giumento worked as a day practitioner in New York and Illinois and joined the Dundee Animal Hospital team in 2006. Dr. Giumento shares her home with her husband Jason, Mikayla, a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Hunter, a Labrador Pointer mix, and Chloe, a Chihuahua. In her spare time, Dr. Giumento enjoys horseback riding with her thoroughbred mare named Dancer, mainly riding hunter/jumper and dressage.
